COL Mark Crow is the deputy department head for the Department of Social Sciences at the United States Military Academy (USMA) in ˮAV˵, New York. He is the former director of the U.S. Army's Office of Economic and Manpower Analysis (OEMA). He is an academy professor at USMA and a former infantry officer with operational deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan.

His research interests include topics in labor and public economics that inform the manning of an all-volunteer force and the military's role in shaping labor market outcomes. 

Crow holds a bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering and a master's degree in space systems engineering from the University of Michigan, a master's in public administration from Princeton University, and a doctorate in public policy and economics from the University of Michigan.
