The Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) is a web-based system that allows customers to give feedback to managers via electronic comment cards. These submissions provide the leadership with timely customer feedback on products or services across the ˮAV˵ Community. ICE Submissions can be submitted by scanning a QR code.
Whether you’re familiar with QR codes or not, chances are you’ve seen them on brochures, flyers and maybe even on websites. QR stands for “Quick Response” and is a barcode for smartphones to scan. Users can simply scan the QR code, and the phone will open a browser and go to the linked website.
The QR code allows for customers to quickly gain access to a direct ICE service provider. Don’t have a QR Scan Reader? You can download it from your App Store directly on your smartphone.
